'Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga' Review- A Thrilling and Raucous Entry into the franchise
![]() |
After Mad Max: Fury Road showcased the brilliance of the wasteland, we didn't think that there was more to explore with this world. But here came Furiosa.
George Miller's Action Packed Epic brings back elements of the previous film, but also adds a few more embers to ignite a huge spark building a fiery warfare for the ages! Led masterfully by Anya Taylor Joy as Furiosa and Alyla Browne as young Furiosa they show the great journey of this character and the hardships she had to endure to form her into the formidable badass we see in Fury Road, portrayed by Charlize Theron.
Chris Hemsworth is devilishly perfect as the antagonist, 'Dementus', he brings a sinister yet comedic performance and steals most of the movie whenever he's on screen. Highlighting his wicked acting prowess, it's a great dynamic that he shares with Anya Taylor Joy and they both compliment each other well.
The movie displays it's loud and chaotic nature with a roaring score that elevates the pulsating action sequences. It is coupled with frenetic camera work that will engage you at every moment.
The main thing that I wish could have been improved was that Anya Taylor Joy didn't have as much screen time as I was expecting. And when she did it was great but Alyla Browne was the main Furiosa within the movie.
Nonetheless, Furiosa is a enthralling time filled with acting firepower, excellent direction and a visually captivating experience.
Overall Rating: 7.5/10 - A Must Watch!
